I have been in my house for 3 days In 90° weather without AC and have been trying to call many different HVAC companies to help me figure out which type of part I needed to get to fix it and none of them could answer the phones or have the time to help. But I decided to call PHI Heat & Air and Chris answered right away and gave great customer service to help me figure out which type of blower motor I needed to get my AC running again. Great company and people! I have used PHI for my HVAC needs for many years. It finally came time to replace my whole system. Dylan came right out to provide an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. There were no surprises on the day of install. The gentlemen who performed the install worked extremely fast and efficient. They used tarps to protect my floor, installed everything exactly the way it was described to me at the estimate. Joe (I think) showed me how to use the new system and ensured it was functioning well before he left. 100% satisfied and will continue to use PHI in the future.

Our Tech was Chris , he was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, on time and did a great job , he also found a plumbing issue that we hadn’t found , Thank you PHI for always responding quickly.

Returned my call within 5 minutes on a Saturday at 8 AM. Kept in contact about when they could be here. Had a minor issue diagnosed in about 3 minutes and repaired about 10 minutes after that. Even fixed a small valve core leak they found at no charge. Checked pressure and topped off the system. All for a reasonable price for an emergency call out on a Saturday. They are definitely my go to.

A few nights ago PHI sent Bobby to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. I couldn’t have asked for better service! His performance demonstrated exceptional knowledge, respectfulness, and professionalism. I will not hesitate to call the next time Im in need of their service.

The rep got here early and did a thorough job and went over the top in getting it done. He spend more time to get it done right…awesome.

Arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time (when your a/c is out this is awesome) quickly determined the problem and let me know what repairs were needed and the cost before doing any more work. Outstanding service, very professional.

These guys were at my neighbors house and I arranged for the technician to come to my house as soon as he was done. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order and at a reasonable price. Thanks for the prompt response.

They were responsive and helpful from the first time I called. They walked me through things I could try to troubleshoot the problem. When nothing else worked they made a priority to get a guy out to my house even though the snow and ice was horrible out. With all the calls they got, they made sure to let me know when they could be there and texted me with any updates.

When the tech got here he looked at all the items needed to find out the problem got up in the attic and zeroed in on the problem very quickly. He called immediately to see if parts were available and put them on hold for us and then went and got them. He came back shortly and installed everything. As for clean it looked as though he was never here he took all the old parts and cleaned up everything. Then he just waited and checked out to make sure the vents were putting out appropriate heat.

I know during the storm they are flooded with calls but they were attentive polite and very informative and never promised more than they could deliver. They made a point to get us back with heat. They were fair with prices and their service was second to none.

I would recommend them to anybody needing air or heat work. They go above and beyond.
