Great service! Central ac went out after 18 years. Out of all the different companies we spoke with they are the ones we chose. They installed after 2 days of telling them yes. The communication was excellent! I was made aware of the time frame of arrival, and Dylan was right on time. He did a great job of servicing all the A/C units, plus we had an issue with temperature, which Dylan realized was caused by the air intake vent being blocked. Good job, Dylan! We were happy with the entire experience, and highly recommend PHI Heat & Air.

From the start I could tell this was a company based on honesty! They were able to pull my warranty info with Carrier and utilize that towards my service. Derrick was great! He explained the entire situation from start to finish and make sure I was taken care of the same day. Aaron and Lizzy were also very helpful in making sure I was scheduled for service!

This company is amazing. First of all Chris came to our house at 1:00am , yes you read that correctly 1:00 am. He diagnosed our AC very quickly found the problem. He did not have the part but he went first thing in the morning to get it. His wing man Champs of all Champs Derrik finished up the job. He got the part came to our house installed it and got us back up and running in no time. The customer service and teamwork is amazing. Great job 👏 both of these Techs are amazing. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again soon but when I do need AC repairs I’ll be calling PHI.
