Our AC to our 2nd level stopped working around 2pm. I Called PHI who does maintenance 2x a year for heat and AC. They had someone to the house by 4pm that same day. Fantastic technichian went beyond to get it fixed. This is a company that I trust.
Returned my call within 5 minutes on a Saturday at 8 AM. Kept in contact about when they could be here. Had a minor issue diagnosed in about 3 minutes and repaired about 10 minutes after that. Even fixed a small valve core leak they found at no charge. Checked pressure and topped off the system. All for a reasonable price for an emergency call out on a Saturday. They are definitely my go to.
They and their crew did fast work in replacing and relocating our system. They did what others would not attempt. We are very satisfied. A+++
