Called Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday. Was told they would be there between 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Bobby and Vaughn was there before 11 a.m. They diagnosed the problem with the unit quickly and had it running in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

They came out and inspected and repaired several issues I had with my 3 systems in our home. The tech Derek, was excellent at explaining what was needed, and thoroughly checked all units, even finding an issue caused by a poor install by another company. I highly recommend these guys, good work, and good communication.

Decided to use PHI after meeting with the owners son for a new quote, he really was knowledgeable about the system and was able to guide us to pick our new unit. They were a bit more expensive than the competitor, but made us feel comfortable spending the extra amount for the better product and better warranty. There have been a few things pop up with the new install, but they have been very attentive and come out quickly every time we’ve needed them.

Great company and people! I have used PHI for my HVAC needs for many years. It finally came time to replace my whole system. Dylan came right out to provide an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. There were no surprises on the day of install. The gentlemen who performed the install worked extremely fast and efficient. They used tarps to protect my floor, installed everything exactly the way it was described to me at the estimate. Joe (I think) showed me how to use the new system and ensured it was functioning well before he left. 100% satisfied and will continue to use PHI in the future.
