The communication was excellent! I was made aware of the time frame of arrival, and Dylan was right on time. He did a great job of servicing all the A/C units, plus we had an issue with temperature, which Dylan realized was caused by the air intake vent being blocked. Good job, Dylan! This company is a gem of a find. I had asked them to come as a second opinion from the initial company I called. This first company assured me the Freon level was fine. That the Freon type I had was the very expensive kind. That the coil in one of the units was bad and I had an option of a $4,950 repair or an $8,000 replacement. PHI Heat and Air came and found the unit was very low on the less expensive kind of Freon. Chris (highly skilled professional) quickly charged the system, added dye to identify any leaks, and the system recovered immediately and is running great two weeks later. He charged me a few hundred dollars and assured me the coil or system doesn’t need replaced. Also, followed up with a courtesy call to ensure all is working well. I’m so impressed!! So good to find competent, honest, customer focused businesses. PHI you have a customer for life and free word of mouth advertising.
