I was recently in a bad wreck close to their business. When I needed a place for my car until I could get it towed (I don’t live in the area) a Gainesville policeman said he would ask them if it could stay there for now and that they were super nice people. Not only did they let me, they had me park it where it wouldn’t get locked in by a gate. They unlocked their doors after closing so I could use their restroom, and Scott just wanted to be sure I was ok. When the tow truck couldn’t come until the following Monday, they let me leave it parked there the whole weekend , and Scott even called me to let me know when the tow truck was on its way. I don’t live in the area to use their business, but this is the type of people I would always want to do business with, and I hope others in the area would want to use them because they are SUCH good people, which usually means they are good business people as well. Our Tech was Chris , he was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, on time and did a great job , he also found a plumbing issue that we hadn’t found , Thank you PHI for always responding quickly.

They came out and inspected and repaired several issues I had with my 3 systems in our home. The tech Derek, was excellent at explaining what was needed, and thoroughly checked all units, even finding an issue caused by a poor install by another company. I highly recommend these guys, good work, and good communication.

Called to get a second opinion after getting an $2000 estimate from another company. They were able to identify the problem. Which turned out to be something else entirely. It wasn’t a cheap fix but they did save me $1000. Had I went with the other company, it would not have fixed the problem and it would have cost me even more. They did a great job!!
