I get my house inspected on a friday and the inspector only finds things wrong with the AC. While he was there he switched the thermostat from cool to heat. This resulted in no AC. He failed to mention this when he left my house. My wife and I come late from work with our 1 year old to find we have no AC. We frantically tried to find someone to come out. NO ONE had time to come out until Tuesday… But then I called Bobby at Phi. He did everything he could to get to my house to fix my AC. He got there the next morning and fixed my problems in a timely manner. He didn’t start talking about Flux Capacitors to try and get one over on me and he was fair on the repair costs. I highly recommend these guys for AC repair.

They came out and inspected and repaired several issues I had with my 3 systems in our home. The tech Derek, was excellent at explaining what was needed, and thoroughly checked all units, even finding an issue caused by a poor install by another company. I highly recommend these guys, good work, and good communication.

This company is amazing. First of all Chris came to our house at 1:00am , yes you read that correctly 1:00 am. He diagnosed our AC very quickly found the problem. He did not have the part but he went first thing in the morning to get it. His wing man Champs of all Champs Derrik finished up the job. He got the part came to our house installed it and got us back up and running in no time. The customer service and teamwork is amazing. Great job 👏 both of these Techs are amazing. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again soon but when I do need AC repairs I’ll be calling PHI.

Our Tech was Chris , he was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, on time and did a great job , he also found a plumbing issue that we hadn’t found , Thank you PHI for always responding quickly.

Capacitor went out on an older compressor around 5:00 and by 8:30, Chris and two young men were out here and replaced it. Same day service is really hard to find these days, but these guys are reliable and professional and go the extra mile! I had them out in the winter with another issue and Derrick took care of that as well. This is a top notch HVAC company that focuses on customer service and satisfaction. Thanks again PHI!
