Our AC system froze up and stopped working. PHI sent Dylan out in a reasonable time and he found the problem. After 15 years of use, the blower fan shifted due to a couple of stripped sheet metal crews. He remedied the situation and tested the entire system which now works great. The cost was reasonable and Dylan was super helpful and professional. I use PHI for several AV units.

They and their crew did fast work in replacing and relocating our system. They did what others would not attempt. We are very satisfied. A+++

This company is a gem of a find. I had asked them to come as a second opinion from the initial company I called. This first company assured me the Freon level was fine. That the Freon type I had was the very expensive kind. That the coil in one of the units was bad and I had an option of a $4,950 repair or an $8,000 replacement. PHI Heat and Air came and found the unit was very low on the less expensive kind of Freon. Chris (highly skilled professional) quickly charged the system, added dye to identify any leaks, and the system recovered immediately and is running great two weeks later. He charged me a few hundred dollars and assured me the coil or system doesn’t need replaced. Also, followed up with a courtesy call to ensure all is working well. I’m so impressed!! So good to find competent, honest, customer focused businesses. PHI you have a customer for life and free word of mouth advertising.

The hottest day yesterday and my cool air stopped. Called and Chris came out the same day. He was booked so came out in the evening. Did his repair and left so fast and my houses cooling again!!! We are signing a contract for regular maintenance with them too! Chris is really nice guy and very knowledgeable! We will use only these guys!

The team was on time; they conducted themselves professionally; they offered great value in their quote; they performed the install even though it was raining hard. We have our go to for HVAC related matters.

I was recently in a bad wreck close to their business. When I needed a place for my car until I could get it towed (I don’t live in the area) a Gainesville policeman said he would ask them if it could stay there for now and that they were super nice people. Not only did they let me, they had me park it where it wouldn’t get locked in by a gate. They unlocked their doors after closing so I could use their restroom, and Scott just wanted to be sure I was ok. When the tow truck couldn’t come until the following Monday, they let me leave it parked there the whole weekend , and Scott even called me to let me know when the tow truck was on its way. I don’t live in the area to use their business, but this is the type of people I would always want to do business with, and I hope others in the area would want to use them because they are SUCH good people, which usually means they are good business people as well. I get my house inspected on a friday and the inspector only finds things wrong with the AC. While he was there he switched the thermostat from cool to heat. This resulted in no AC. He failed to mention this when he left my house. My wife and I come late from work with our 1 year old to find we have no AC. We frantically tried to find someone to come out. NO ONE had time to come out until Tuesday… But then I called Bobby at Phi. He did everything he could to get to my house to fix my AC. He got there the next morning and fixed my problems in a timely manner. He didn’t start talking about Flux Capacitors to try and get one over on me and he was fair on the repair costs. I highly recommend these guys for AC repair.

Derrick showed to the house early. He was professional , polite, and personal. He took the time to show me possible future issues and reviewed general maintenance points that would assist with those issues. All of this service for a fair and reasonable price. Thanks again.
