The communication was excellent! I was made aware of the time frame of arrival, and Dylan was right on time. He did a great job of servicing all the A/C units, plus we had an issue with temperature, which Dylan realized was caused by the air intake vent being blocked. Good job, Dylan! We were happy with the entire experience, and highly recommend PHI Heat & Air.
